At the Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Williamstown, MA, Russell and Dawson was commissioned by 430 Main Hotels LLC, to provide integrated architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) services for the development of a 56,000 SQFT hotel with 95 rooms on a two-acre land. “We selected Russell and Dawson as design-build contractor and having them as single source responsibility benefitting us a lot. We are confident project will complete on time, within budget and as per the brand specifications,” said Navin Shah, Owner of 430 Main Hotels LLC.
Other hospitality projects being done by Russell and Dawson includes:
- Courtyard by Marriott, West Springfield, MA – New construction, 120 rooms 76,000 SQFT
- Element Hotel, Chelmsford, MA – remodel and rebranding of 19-year old hotel
- Aloft, Worcester, MA – redesign and rebranding of the hotel built in 1969
