Young Pharmaceuticals, a leader in skincare and pharmaceuticals for over 45 years, expanded with a new 20,000 sq. ft., two-story facility constructed & designed by PDS Engineering & Construction, Inc. and Russell & Dawson. Inspired by the Filoli Estate, the building features custom design elements like green-tinted arched windows, a gold-leaf cupola with a clock tower, and bespoke interiors, including an 18th-century wood-paneled office and a unique chemistry room for skincare production. This state-of-the-art facility blends timeless elegance with modern functionality.
