This project comprises an 18,500 square feet industrial building, for an aerospace component manufacturer. Russell and Dawson has a long-standing relationship with Birken Manufacturing and we have designed several buildings for them in the past. The current addition designed by Russell and Dawson is intended to increase usability and provide a flexible manufacturing space for the growing company. Our scope of services includes conceptual design and construction documents for architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing for the addition.
