This project is an adaptive reuse of an existing 1960s single-storied building spread across an area of 54,662 sq. ft. which was once a 105-bed nursing home and senior living facility into a multi-apartment development. Keeping intact the exterior, the interior of the building was shaped to create a 48 apartment development, ranging from 502 sq. ft. to 1086 sq. ft. multifamily residential units. The scope of the project included Architectural Design Services, structural design, Interior renovations along with mechanical, electrical and, plumbing work.

The scope of work included demolition plans, unit-wise floor plans, lighting plans, plumbing, and mechanical plans, hot water, cold water, waste and vent plumbing plans, fire rating and exit drawings, elevations, etc.
