Russell and Dawson Inc rendered Structural and Electrical Engineering Design Services and handed the client drawings and CAD files including site lighting plan, light fixtures schedule, power riser diagram, fire alarm riser diagrams, electrical details, power plan, and roof electrical plan for both buildings.

The Economic Development Commission met to review the architectural design for the proposed construction of two medical office buildings at 1685 Straits Turnpike. The two twin 21,000-square-foot single-story buildings were designed of brick with cement and synthetic cement trim, essentially the same as a building Metro Realty Group constructed at 55 South Road in Farmington.
