SITE EVALUATION AND PLANNING

“A great building must begin with the immeasurable, must go through measurable means when it is being designed, and in the end must be unmeasured.” – Louis Kahn

Many questions arise upfront during the site evaluation, customer has an idea about the project but do not have a way. Following  questions always hamper-

  • What will be the cost estimate?
  • What about city/town requirements of zoning and compliance?
  • How much square footage can I build?
  • How long will it take to get permit or to build?

Russell and Dawson understands what all needs to be done as a part of the site evaluation and planning. Since 1965, we have worked on over 500 projects including services like report, inspection, site planning, zoning, feasibility study, code review, advisory, model etc. across various markets to help clients make their various decisions about the project. A report summarizing everything that client needs or requests is included in the report.

Our Experience

Since 1965 Russell and Dawson has worked on over 100 site evaluation and planning projects across various markets. Projects involving site evaluation, zoning compliance, feasibility study to meet zoning requirements, budgeting and upgrade recommendations.

Construction is the process of constructing a building or infrastructure. Construction differs from manufacturing in that manufacturing typically involves mass production of similar items without a designated purchaser.
