Founded in 1965, we provide integrated architectural and engineering services across the New England region. We offer full architectural design, engineering, services including structural, HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing); sustainable design, and interior design.

We are a USA based Architectural and Engineering services company having over five decades of experience and executed over 10,000 projects encompassing over 100 million square feet of spaces across various verticals such as hospitality, residential, commercial, community and industrial.
Our expertise includes architecture, planning, structural engineering, interior design, MEP, sustainable design, landscape architecture, and code compliance.
Architectural Design
Architectural and Engineering design of Mayfield Place – A luxurious, multi-family, residential development with 340 apartment units (660,000 SQFT) spread over 69 acres at Gardner’s Way, Enfield, CT.
Sustainable Design
The full renovation project of the Broward County Judicial Complex (BCJC) midrise office building, a four-story facility spread in the area of 64,000 SQFT, received LEED Gold certification on October 30, 2018.
HVAC
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Terminal Chiller Plant Upgrade including addition of one chiller and one cooling tower plus replacement of two existing cooling towers while the airport continued to function.
Sustainable Design
South Regional Courthouse Parking Garage structural beam repairs that included the repair of 30 structural beams and Broward County Downtown 1200 Car and 350 Car Parking Garage.
Interior Design
City of Lauderhill Sadkin Community Center interior renovation including 20,000 square feet of interior renovations and complete building exterior envelope repair.
