“A great building must begin with the immeasurable, must go through measurable means when it is being designed, and in the end must be unmeasured.” – Louis Kahn

Many questions arise upfront during the site evaluation, customer has an idea about the project but do not have a way. Following  questions always hamper-

  • What will be the cost estimate?
  • What about city/town requirements of zoning and compliance?
  • How much square footage can I build?
  • How long will it take to get permit or to build?
