He takes a hands-on approach to overseeing all design, engineering, and construction projects, ensuring that they are executed within budget, scope, schedule, and to the highest quality standards, while meeting stakeholder expectations with minimal variances. Chirag also regularly meets with clients to understand their goals and priorities, and works closely with project teams to ensure that those objectives are met.
