Courtyard by Marriott

Russell and Dawson has been our AE firm for the many hotel projects of ours. This was a bit challenging project where we wanted to remodel and rebrand this hotel from an existing Radisson hotel building by splitting the building for two different brands. We are pleased with the work Russell and Dawson has done to capture our vision for the project and they executed as per schedule, budget and brand specifications.

We selected Russell and Dawson as design-build contractor and having them as single source responsibility benefiting us a lot. We are confident project will complete on time, within budget and as per the brand specifications
