Russell and Dawson Inc is coordinating with the Facilities and Energy Manager of the Town of Bristol to render On-Call Engineering Services for repair, replacement, and improvement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the municipally operated buildings.
The scope of services includes
- Review and analysis of existing systems
- Recommendations toward replacement, improvement, or repair of existing systems
- Development of design towards replacement, improvement, or repair of existing systems, inclusive of designs from schematics through construction documents.
- Development of cost estimates.
- Construction Administration.Development of cost estimates for such work described above
- Construction administration efforts toward completion of such work described above
